Senior Citizen Adoption Program:

Adopters aged 55 years or older can adopt any cat or dog that has been spayed or neutered before it came to the shelter, over the age of 5 years at 1/2 off the adoption fee*.

* All dogs three months or older must be licensed before leaving the shelter. State dog license fees are $8.50 for unaltered dogs, $6.50 for altered dogs. Senior Citizens 65 yrs and older State dog license fees are $6.50 for unaltered dogs, $4.50 for altered dogs.
