Missing Cat Reunited with Owner After 18 Months

"Kit Cloud Kicker," a 15 year old cat, was reunited with his family at the Humane League this week after he got lost a year and a half ago! Kit Cloud Kicker was found just two blocks from where he got lost in Columbia Boro. His family had since moved out of the area and had given up hope that they would find their beloved senior cat. When ORCA brought the cat to the Humane League on Monday, a League employee scanned the cat for a microchip as part of a routine incoming process. The chip traced back to the owner who was shocked to receive a call from the Humane League stating that her cat had been found. The key to this happy reunion was that Kit Cloud Kicker was microchipped. His family is thrilled and we are honored to have been part of the happy reunion. Contact your vet to get your pet microchipped today!
