If you suspect a case of animal abuse, cruelty, or neglect, contact the shelter immediately at (717) 393‑6551 and ask to speak to our Humane Police Officer. All information will be kept confidential.
ORCA (The Organization for the Responsibility and Care of Animals) also investigates cases of animal cruelty. They can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (717) 397‑8922.
